Career Opportunities

Having a Trade recognised by the QBCC and having successfully gained the Business Managerial Course will give the basis for applying to the QBCC for a Trade Contractors License.

Entry Requirements

This program does not have any specific entry requirements. However, completion of Year 12 English and Mathematics is recommended.  The program meets the technical qualifications requirement for the Managerial requirements for a Trade Contractors License.

Study Duration and Enrolment Periods

Enrolments are taken on an ongoing basis.  Students can enrol at any time 24/7 on-line, over the phone or in person during business hours. Enrolment is for a period of 12 months.

Program Articulation

A graduate of the Business Managerial Course who achieve competency in BSBSMB401A will gain credit towards CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) and may be able to transfer some unit credit to other related courses within the CPC20 Training Package.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applicants may receive acknowledgment of their knowledge and experiences through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

  • previous study e.g. qualifications, industry training professional development programs or units.
