QBCC Install and Maintain - Occupational (all 3)

QBCC provides Passive Fire Protection licenses for employees and site supervisors across three specific categories:

• Install and maintain – fire doors and fire shutters (Occupational)
• Install and maintain – fire collars, fire-rated penetrations and fire-rated joint sealing (Occupational)
• Install and maintain – fire and smoke walls and fire-rated ceilings (Occupational)

• CPPFES2039 - Identify, inspect and test passive fire and smoke containment products and systems 
• CPCCWC3003 - Install drywall passive fire-rated systems
• CPPFES2035 - Identify, inspect and test fire and smoke doors

Individuals seeking a Passive Fire Protection License across all three specific categories as a employee or site supervisor must possess a Carpentry qualification, as mandated by QBCC. The qualification can be obtained through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or by completing a relevant course.
