A Builder carries out work in construction, demolition, alteration, addition, relocation or repair of any building and a Construction manager is the person responsible for managing building work done on a building site or on a building later placed on site.
To obtain a licence you must hold a trade qualification, and successfully complete one of the below:
No formal qualifications are required to be a demolisher but evidence of competency is required.
Demolisher (low rise)– no formal qualifications are required however extensive evidence of competency to work within the designated scope of work must be provided
knowledge requirements to be licensed.
